BVQ DIGITAL

Retail brands.
Built and
operated.

We build and operate direct-to-consumer retail brands for customers in Europe and North America.

A limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

About BVQ

One company,
one standard.

One company, one set of operating standards, applied to every brand it launches.

Storefronts are built on established hosted e-commerce platforms, each with its own catalogue, pricing and customer support. Products are sourced from qualified supply partners and shipped to the customer with a tracked service. The company’s scope is physical consumer goods sold to individual customers: it does not sell wholesale, and it does not resell services.

Our approach

Thought through.
From the start.

The company’s operation rests on three fronts, each with a defined procedure.

Product selection.

No product is listed for sale before a physical sample is assessed against the listing specification.

Storefront development.

Storefront build and operation are kept in house — catalogue, product information and the checkout path the customer follows.

Customer support.

One contact channel per storefront, for order questions, delivery updates and returns.

Order lifecycle

From order
to delivery.

The order path defined for every storefront the company launches.

  1. Order placed

The customer checks out on the storefront. Payment is authorised by the platform’s payment processor. No cardholder data passes through our systems.

  2. Released to the supply partner

The order is transmitted to the fulfillment partner with the shipping address and the product specification recorded in the listing.

  3. Dispatch

The partner ships with a tracked service and returns a tracking number, which is sent to the customer.

  4. In transit

The customer can reach support at any point using the order reference, and follow the shipment with the tracking number.

  5. After delivery

The return window opens on delivery and runs for 30 days. Refunds are settled to the original payment method.

Operations

How it runs.

Operating standards applied to every brand the company launches.

Supplier qualification

Supply partners are qualified before any product is listed. Qualification covers a physical sample inspected against the listing specification, confirmed production and shipping lead times, and packaging able to survive international transit. Products that generate repeat quality complaints are delisted until an alternative is qualified.

Platform and payments

Storefronts are built on established hosted e-commerce platforms with PCI-DSS compliant checkout. Cardholder data is handled entirely by the payment processor and is never stored, transmitted or processed by the company. We accept no cash, wire or direct transfer from customers, and we hold no customer funds.

Selling into the European Union

Customers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days of delivery without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our published return window of thirty days from delivery exceeds that requirement and applies in all markets.

Governance

The rules we
operate under.

Policy the company applies to every brand, from the first order onward.

Restricted destinations

We do not ship to jurisdictions under comprehensive United States sanctions.

Order screening

An order is held for manual review before release when any of these apply.

  • Billing and shipping countries differ
  • Value materially above the storefront average
  • Repeat orders on the same card within 24 hours
  • Destination on the restricted list
  • Shipping address resolves to a freight forwarder
  • Flagged by the processor’s own risk analysis

Held orders are released only after the customer confirms by email. Without confirmation within 48 hours, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Chargebacks and disputes

Every dispute is answered with a complete evidence pack, retained for this purpose.

  1. Order record
  2. Authorisation confirmation
  3. Tracking history
  4. Delivery confirmation
  5. Customer correspondence

Dispute rates are monitored per brand and per processor against card network thresholds, and reviewed on a defined cycle for each storefront in operation. Products that generate repeat disputes are withdrawn rather than defended. A customer who contacts us before opening a dispute is resolved directly.
